Gbenga Odusola and Co does not rely solely on the experience of its members. Lawyers in the firm participate in the activities of many professional organisation working in committees of professional organisations whose interests and activities are relevant to our practice. These include the Nigeria Bar Association, Association of Business Law Firms, the International Bar Association, chartered Institute of Arbitration as well as other organisations, both national and international, which represent special professional interest. Our participation assists both in keeping abreast of actual and potential developments and in influencing changes in the law and practice.

Lawyers in the firm are being trained and encouraged to deliver papers at conferences and seminars while the firm periodically organises seminars for clients and professional contacts to discuss developments in the law particularly where new legislation has recently been introduced.
